Our software has received a major update to simplify settings management. Previously, each application relied on its own local settings file, making maintenance time-consuming. Now, all Zeman application settings are stored in a centralized database, allowing for seamless management of your preferences across multiple applications—faster, easier, and more efficient than ever.
APPLICATIONS & LICENSES
Depending on the Lincoln Electric system you have installed, we will activate the associated online licenses and software for you to download from the cloud. The proFIT Manager software allows you to determine the status of each PC’s license, ensuring you are always informed. You can easily track the remaining available licenses and monitor/manage the software distribution across your network. The current status of your licenses and applications (including configurations) is synchronized with the cloud.
ProFit Manager software App Center & Web Application
The central hub for starting, installing, and updating all Profit machine software. It also manages licensing for all associated applications. The application is available as a local desktop App Center and a web-based version to view software data on the go.

ProFit Work
The main production control system for Steel Beam Assember and Single Rail systems. Acting as the “brain” of a running production, it manages workflow and communication between components.
ProFit 3D
The main software used for preparing work for the Steel Beam Assembler and Single Rail systems. It creates the “production recipe” by defining robot paths, magnet and tacking positions, and weld sizes. It also performs collision checks and displays a full production animation.
ProFit Measure 2D
Measure2D scans beams using a laser, communicating with the robot to analyze data for precise measurements. This helps ensure accurate plate assembly and identifies ideal starting points for tacking and welding.
ProFit Statistic
Visualizes production statistics for beams, primarily in spreadsheet format. It displays key data such as estimated production times, idle times, and pause times, along with general production details.
